For the larger gathering, Rigg End Farmhouse and the Old Dairy Barn come together as one estate in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Eighteen guests, nine bedrooms, two hot tubs and a generous spread of living space. One house gathers everyone around a fireplace and a terrace; the other offers three wood-burning sitting rooms and a Nordic kitchen. Together they hold a crowd with ease, while each keeps its own character and its own quiet corners. Days are for the fells, the rivers and the villages; evenings for fire, food, a soak in the hot tub and the kind of long table that keeps everyone talking. Surrounded by Dales pubs and walks, half an hour from the Lake District, it is made for reunions and milestone weekends that no one wants to end.

Please avoid using fireworks during your stay. Our property is nestled in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by wildlife, farm animals, and neighbouring homes. Fireworks can cause distress to animals and disrupt the calm of the countryside. We kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us protect the environment and respect our community. Thank you for understanding! For safety and housekeeping reasons, the fireplace must not be used on the day of departure. This allows sufficient time for the fire to cool and ensures our team can clean and prepare the property safely for the next guests. We kindly ask that you enjoy the fireplace during your stay, but refrain from lighting it on your final morning.
